The population of this page has experienced lots of trauma by being bombarded with giant chunks of cheese. We have retrieved them from the Soviet Communion Commonwealth of Luxurious Oligarchies (SCCLO), but they have been severely damaged at the time of recovery. Although the information may have been recovered, I fear that there can be nothing we can do to change them back to their original mental state.
"Doctor, what do we do?"
Hand me my scalpel.

Demographic TransitionIran is in stage two. This is because the birth rate is apparently higher than the death rate, and the rate of natural increase low. Considering that the difference between birth and death rates are fairly significant, it can be concluded that this natural increase is rising. The population pyramid for 2010 also shows that there are a significant amount of children, and future pyramids show that the amount of children remain at a high. This means that birth rate is practically at an acme and death rate at a low. This would fit the stage 2 portion of the diagram above. It cannot be seen as stage three because the birth rate does not appear to decline in later years, and cannot be stage one as the magnitude of children does not falter. It is concluded that Iran is in stage two.
