Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal members are elected the same way for the same length of terms, and they go about their Constitutional issues. An Agro-Environmental Court rules stuff about the environment (also by popular vote, they are elected). Council of Judiciary (popular vote) rule about ethical and administration issues. Plurinational Elective Organ is composed of seven members an elected by the Assembly. (All of the above have candidates selected by the Assembly.) We'll also include some judicial lower courts fo' minor cases, and a District Court as well for each department. SUFFRAGE: Voting available for those over 18 years of age and are for those with traits falling under the "universal and compulsory" category.
